About us
McCartt Construction is a locally owned and operated construction company. Founded in 1999, McCartt Construction offers a wide variety of custom home building, renovations, outdoor project builds and consultations regarding residential construction. Ian McCartt was born and raised in Orinda and currently makes his home with his family in the curvy hillsides of Orinda.

Renovations
Do you stay where you are and renovate your existing house or do you move to another, maybe newer, house? How do you make that decision? We will sit down with you and review your ideas on renovation. We'll show you timelines, cost estimates and building materials that will help address any questions you might have.

We love to put on the sunscreen to work on patios, decks, pools and other hardscaping projects.

In situations where you choose not to hire us to build or renovated your home, we're happy to provide consulting services before, during and after your project.
